Tim is a financial services veteran with a career of over five decades. He began as a journalist and moved into commodities and futures trading, eventually establishing his own company specialising in emerging market exchange trading. Tim has served on the boards of several investment funds and continues to advise and consult.
He is active in the arts. Currently, he sits on the boards of several ESG-friendly junior companies, reflecting his interest in environmental and social governance issues.

Ilya is a seasoned venture capitalist and the founding partner of I2BF Global Ventures, which focuses on early-stage technology investments. With a diverse portfolio of over 100 companies, I2BF invests in sectors like deep technology, digital transformation, and Web3. Ilya has held numerous board positions for successful tech firms and has been recognised as a Forbes "30 under 30 in Venture Capital" honoree.
Before venture capital, he worked in commodity trading and project management. He holds a management science and engineering degree from Stanford University and is an active member of various advisory boards.
